Speed and agility training will include exercises designed to improve quickness, coordination, reaction time, and the ablity to change direction efficiently. These sessions will include drills such as sprint intervals, ladder drills, cone drills, plyometrics, and resistance sprints to help enhance acceleration, balance, and overall performance.
